25/09/06 Progress Report

Had another Ringside trial.

This is how it went down:

Amped up and expecting a good fight. There were only about 16 fighters and all over 100kg's - apart from the girls.

I was hoping to have a cat fight with one of the girls//. Instead I got to spar with an old Balmoral legend Mike Angove. He was around in our old Balmoral days// - looks a bit like Choppa//blonde guy.

Good experience - he just ducked and weaved around and let me try to hit him. Never missed so much in my life. What a legend.

If it was a game of cat and mouse - then this time the cat caught the mouse. Cool to see how it is done. Cool cool cool!

Fittness is up //83kg's - almost ready.
